RPM is a combination of remote and on-site maintenance that provides a safer, more efficient maintenance service for your BMS system.
We connect your sites to our Remote Operations Centre & carry out an RPM service as if we were there in person. This includes compliance checks & tests on all controlled plant, such as boilers, air handling units, chillers, fan coils and lighting.
Following the RPM we will deliver reports to your building manager, FM provider or M&E partners the same day, confirming which assets are working effectively and which require remedial action via a field team.
