We can leverage the Internet of Things (IoT) to help you manage your estate in an intelligent, joined-up manner.
Our systems & teams can gather building intelligence, energy consumption, plant and temperature alarms to track trends in how each site is performing. These trends can reveal insights that can highlight problem or showcase areas of best-practice that can be mirrored by other sites within your estate.

From the word go we’ll be right by your side
We will allocate a highly organised and technical project manager to your account, that will be with you every step of the way. He or she will ensure that your project runs on time and to budget and without interference.
Once the system is installed, commissioned and up and running, our bureau and maintenance teams will be with you for the long-haul. They get along in the background, making slight optimisation where required and dealing with problems as they arise. Alternately, if you’re for help with any new energy-saving initiatives, our bureau can help with implementation and monitoring and verification.
