The standard package comes with 5 users, but more can be added for additional cost
How many alarms and vitals do I get with the app?
The standard package comes with 5 alarms and 5 vitals – with more that can be added at an additional cost
How many sites can I have on the app?
You can connect as many sites as you need to the app, but the subscription cost is per site
Can I still use the app if I can cancel my subscription?
Your subscription will run on a yearly basis, if you choose not to renew – you will have access until the end of the subscription period, but after that you will lose access
