How does billing work?
Billing is relatively flexible and based on a subscription model with the set-up costs, licenses and potential graphic improvements spread over an initial 3 year period along with the hosting and management costs, or set-up can be paid up front in year 1, with the hosting and management then spread over the term, meaning higher costs year 1, but spend reduces significantly in years 2 and beyond.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel the hosted service by putting it in writing, with the given the notice period agreed at initial set up of the contract. Generally being between 1 to 3 months’ notice.
How do I add more sites?
Once the base infrastructure build has been completed and main license procured, further sites can be added at later dates, quickly and at lower costs, having absorbed the set-up costs already. Further BMS license “points” may need to bolted on but advise will be issued when discussing portfolio expansion.
Can I centralise all of my systems, even if they’re with different BMS suppliers?
Yes, the cloud supervisor standartises the dashboards for any site, regardless of supplier
