Stanhope House is a 256-bedroom, 19-storey high-rise residential tower in Portsmouth.
The project involved the supply, installation, commissioning and testing of the main control panel within the basement and three sub-panels located in the risers. With this being a 19-storey building used multiple local outstations to reduce cable runs where possible.
We suggested a Tridium solution to the client and throughout the building, we utilised Jace controllers to enable integration with multiple 3rd party systems. This next-generation controller features a global design that can scale quickly and easily for Stanhope House’s for future needs.
